Cuenta con una dotaci\u00f3n permanente de guardia activa los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o y se compone de tres elementos: un piloto, un t\u00e9cnico operativo y un m\u00e9dico especialista en aeroevacuaci\u00f3n. Esto, sumado al equipo de log\u00edstica en tierra para el desarrollo de las operaciones. De las 591 operaciones, 398 se destinaron a capacitaci\u00f3n, 82 fueron traslados primarios de emergencias, 38 fueron traslados secundarios para mayor complejidad, 23 fueron operaciones destinadas a procuraci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos en proceso de trasplante y 50, operaciones destinadas a mantenimientos de la aeronave.
